We offer small group classes for every level. Each class is capped at 10 people so everyone can get the attention they need. Each class is designed and intended to expand knowledge of yourself, your body and the practices offered.


Morning Meditation

Monday- Thursday
7am – 7:30am

Start your day with clarity. Embrace the present moment through 30 mins of breathing exercises and mindfulness practices. Train your mind to reach inner peace. No experience is necessary.


Heated Power Vinyasa

9:30am – 11:00am

Practicing vinyasa in a heated studio does double-duty by increasing flexibility and confidence as well as reducing stress. This 90 min session will leave you feeling peaceful, powerful, and motivated.


Evening Asana & Meditation

5pm – 6:30pm

.Join us on Sunday evenings for our gentle yoga class and mindfulness. Spend 90 minutes aligning the breath, body, and spirit to prepare for the week ahead.


Slow Flow & Core

Monday & Friday
9am – 10:15am

This slow flow vinyasa class has an emphasis on longer holds and releasing tension and will include exercises to build core strength. Slowing down as we transition through the asana practice creates a meditative, nurturing practice that facilitates endurance, strength and self-awareness.


Candle Light Nude Yoga

7:45pm – 9pm

A slower paced practice in a beautiful, safe, judgement-free environment designed to help you experience a new depth of self-acceptance and respect for your body and your fellow human beings. We'll light some candles, take our clothes off, and practice to a soundtrack designed to melt away the weekday stress and prepare you for your weekend.
