Michael Lange

Power Yoga
Nude Yoga Beginner’s Yoga

Coming from a history of back problems, his focus is on proper alignment and safe execution of the poses. His goal is to unleash the power that resides within you - the power to flow through challenging poses, the power to direct the breath to where the body needs it most and the power to calm the mind and nurture the soul.
When Michael is not on the yoga mat you may find him at the gym, riding his bike or exploring the great outdoors. If you have time, ask him about his bicycle travels.

Marya Barrios

Power Yoga
Restorative Yoga
Tai Chi
Kung Fu

Marya has an integrative style of all she’s learned, and it depends on who is on the mat, who is in her class, and who she’s serving yoga to: From the sassy dynamics of salsa-dancing to ass kicking kung-fu to mindful moving like the ocean waves and softness; it’s rooted to bringing the body to the level of the strength of an oak tree, allowing the roots of traditional yoga to keep the structure of the class.

Aaron King

Emotional Intelligence Life Coaching

Like meditation, yoga found me at a time when I needed it most. I thought that I could find happiness through my career, but it wasn't enough. My training taught me to honor my inner voice. I teach all 8 limbs of yoga with a strong focus on awareness and breath-work. Through intelligent sequencing, I guide a practice that allows you to truly connect with and strengthen your mind and body. In 2015, I founded the Dharma House. I enjoy using a fluid combination of modalities. My passions include spirituality, emotional intelligence, health and wellness, philosophy, and nutrition. My mission is to master the power of the mind and body, and teach others to do the same. Here I believe we find not only power, but joy.
