We know so much has changed since we were last together. The world has had to grow through tremendous challenge and we're really beginning to see what we're made of, and what’s important. There's still so much to discover and learn but we're here to grow with you.

Some of our changes that impact you:

We've moved.

We're no longer on Dublin Rd. We found a new home at 5625 N. High st. Its a small Building across from St Michael's Church facing Selby Ave. If you’re comin from the north, you’ll see our window logo from the street. If you’re coming from the south, Natalie's Pizza is in the building just before you reach us. Come around to the back side of the building for our private entrance.

We're taking precautions.

We've moved meditation to an online platform and will continue to offer remote sessions for as many of our classes as we can, even for classes available in person. We have marked appropriate spacing between mats to ensure a safe practice for all who want to attend. Classes will require that you sign up in advance, online and submit a health screening form/Liability Waiver. The studio will be available 5 mins before class begins. You're welcome to stay in your car or get some fresh air and sunshine. Classes will be spaced 30 minutes apart to allow time to clean surfaces. Community is the backbone of the Dharma House. After class we want you to catch up, we ask that you hold conversations with long unseen friends outside using distancing protocols. This will support us tremendously. Hand sanitizer will be available and signage will remind you of this when in the space.

We wont be providing community mats, blocks or other props at this time. We will however have new ones available for purchase or used ones available for a discounted price. You can bring your own props to class with you.

A mask is required for classes at the Dharma House at this time. preference of the instructor. Check the schedule and teacher pages for more info.

We're here for you.

Its easy to see that people, both individually and collectively are in a bit of disarray. Fear and confusion rumble even the stablest of people in these times. We're divided on everything from politics, to health care and racism. We offer a place to come together, to vent, to cry, to organize, to act mostly to just be. Once a week we'll have a free stress relief session. We'll offer tools and hold conversations that we hope will inspire resilience and lasting change where/however necessary.  Help us to become a beacon of learning, love and support in the community.
