The word "mandala", meaning, "sacred circle" represents a spiritual journey within the individual - symbolizing connection with life, wholeness, unity and harmony.

In this workshop we will integrate meditation and art as a way to center the body and mind, and to connect with our individual inner journeys.

We will use a variety of materials, allowing the process to unfold organically rather then focusing on the structures used in traditional mandalas.

Materials offered will include alcohol ink, watercolors, pastel crayons and mixed media. Feel free to bring any of your own to use in your unique mandala.
